I have a thing for this particular composition (morphing of hair/head), so gotta love this :)

but hmm these blue ones are quite dangerously dark, subtle dynamics often don't look so good on screen.

and, hmm if I need to be bitpicky (about the hair): in future, maybe use curves to make... eh, curves, these have a kinda mouse freehand look.

Yes, well, I'll have to tweak these anyhow when the layout is done and the actual ratio and size determined etc. All that will effect the color, too.

1. ... Curves?
2. I've tried to keep in every image some kind of a breaking point to not make it too smooth. But yeah, the *wacom* freehand does not work as well in this one as in the others. There are things in each picture that I'm not too happy with... needs more work, but I'll try to get the last picture done first before going into tweaking.

This is my favourite of the whole lot!

All the pictures are wonderful and beautiful and I will need to knit a lot of socks to make up for this.

I thought you might like this best! It's very you, I think, aesthetically.

I'm also loving the blue. Replace color  :D

If you insist, you can make me another pair of thigh-highs ;)
:iconbritterly:
How many pairs of socks does a girl really need anyway?

There is absolutely no limit.

vector curves, like in bezier (I think?) curves and the curve tool. I would imagine it would be easier to get rid if small imperfections when working with those.
What I was after is: try drawing those curves with a pen on a paper, and see how smoooth they will be!

totally agree about the breaking point, actually I try to have some imperfection (well, in like a totally planned imperfection, not that I could create perfect art anyway, *cough*) in everything I make. Like, a visible dent somewhere in an otherwise meticulously polished wood surface... Dunno why actually, but it feels important. Maybe it takes the eye away from the smaller imperfections, or tells us something precious about a cool hippie zen universe, or somethingy.

Tämä näyttää oikeastaan ihan tekstiililtä, sun pitäis myydä tämä jollekin ja kääriä sievoinen summa rahaa. ;)
